SMF05C.TCT TVS Diode – SC70-6L

The SMF05C.TCT TVS Diode array by SEMTECH and is designed to protect sensitive electronics. It protects from damage or latch-up due to ESD and other voltage-induced transient events. Its design is such that it can be used in applications where board space is a at a premium. Each device can protect up to five lines. SMF05C.TCT is an unidirectional device and may be used on lines where the signal polarities are above ground.
