Atmel AVR Atmega1284P-PU 8 Bit MCU – 128K Flash – DIP40

The Atmega1284P-PU belongs to the Atmega family of Atmel AVR 8 Bit Microcontrollers. It comes in DIP package with 40 pins. It has 128 KB of flash. The max supported clock frequency is 20 Mhz. It has SRAM of 16 KB and EEPROM of 4 KB.

The Atmega1284P-PU MCU provides 32 I/Os. And has two 8 Bit Timer/Counter and one 16 Bit Timer/Counter, along with RTC with separate oscillator. It has six PWM Channels, and a 8 Channel 10 Bit ADC. It provides 2-wire, SPI, USART interfaces.
