AP6714M10G Boost Converter IC – MSOP-10L

The AP6714M10G is fully integrated synchronous current mode boost converter. It provides a complete power supply solution for all 1,2 or 3 cell, alkaline, NiCd or NiMh or 1-cell Lithium battery powered products. It improves the performance, component count and size compared to conventional controllers, lithium-ion (Li+) designs. And has On-chip MOSFETs, which provide up to 94% efficiency for critical power supplies.

The AP6714M10G also optimizes overall efficiency and cost, while also reducing board space required. It operates at one fixed frequency of 1.8 MHz to optimize size, cost, and efficiency. Other features include soft-start and overload protection. Its available in space-saving 10-pin MSOP package.
