AMS1117-ADJ IC – SOT-223

The AMS1117-ADJ IC has a series of adjustable regulators. It provides up to 0.8A output current. It can also operate on 1V input to output differential. The dropout voltage of the device is maximum 1.3V, which decreases at lower load currents.

On-chip trimming adjusts the reference voltage to 1.5%. The current limit of AMS1117 ADJ is preset to minimize the stress under overload conditions on both the regulator and power source circuit.
