78M12 Voltage Regulator IC – 12V Fixed Linear Regulator – TO-252

The 78M12 Voltage Regulator IC is fixed voltage monolithic integrated circuit voltage regulator and is designed for a wide range of applications. This regulator employ internal current limiting, thermal-shutdown and safe-area compensation, making them essentially indestructible. It can drive up to 0.5 A of output current.
