Dispatch Cut Off Timings

The cut off timings for various courier vary as per their policy and charges. We always try to dispatch all the orders same day.

Daily dispatch cut-off timings are as mentioned below

All orders placed before cut off timings will be dispatched same day except on public holidays.

Note

• The parcel will be shipped with above mentioned courier only if service is available at particular pincode mentioned by customer. If service is not available, our team will connect with the customer on their mentioned mobile number, requesting another address / pincode or change in shipping method. If the customers agree for change in shipping method, he may either get refund or he may have to pay excess shipping charge, depending on the availability of the shipping service.
• If the order is placed during the cut off time range, than it may or may not get dispatched same day, as the courier can pick up parcels any time during this time range.
• Above mentioned cut off timings can change on Saturday.
• If the order has been placed before cut off time, and for some reason which includes but not limited to very large quantity of any item, huge number of items etc. than it may not get dispatched same day, and in such cases our team will inform you via email / sms / whatsapp / call.
• The cut off timings are bound to change without any prior notice, as the same depends on particular courier’s policy.
• As mentioned in our terms & conditions, we are not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client, if the order is not dispatched same day.
